Customer Service Agreement
Stealth Window Tint Terms and Conditions
Automotive window tinting services. Customer service agreement, intake, and liability waiver.
Early morning drop-off, overnight parking, and property waiver
Vehicles dropped off before regular business hours or stored overnight are left entirely at the customer’s own risk. Stealth Window Tint assumes no liability for accidental damage, vandalism, theft, broken glass, weather incidents, or missing personal property while the vehicle is located on shop premises or adjoining exterior lots. All personal belongings and valuables are to be removed before leaving a vehicle.
Authorization and operation
Leaving a vehicle with Stealth Window Tint (“Company”) authorizes all requested installation services.
Maneuvering. Staff may start, operate, and park the vehicle on premises or public accessways strictly for positioning, curing inspection, or customer handover.
Baseline integrity. Pre-existing mechanical, electrical, glass, or battery states remain solely the customer’s responsibility.
Parking and damage disclaimer
Unattended hours. Vehicles parked outside regular operating hours remain at the owner’s risk.
No bailment for contents. Company is not a bailee of personal items. Garage remotes, toll devices, electronics, sunglasses, and valuables are to be removed.
Force majeure and theft. Company disclaims liability for theft, vandalism, forced entry, hail, storms, or accidental lot impacts.
XPEL manufacturer warranty
Scope of coverage. XPEL manufacturer warranty coverage applies strictly to bubbles, peeling, and fading. Coverage excludes gouges, tears, seatbelt dings, pet scratches, glass breakage, and chemical damage.
Registration and delivery. All XPEL warranty submissions are completed directly by Stealth Window Tint staff and emailed to the customer for their records upon job completion.
Film curing and mandatory aftercare
Windows stay up. All tinted glass remains rolled up for a mandatory 3 to 5 full days. Rolling a window down early lifts film edges and voids rework coverage.
Curing haziness. Water pockets and a milky appearance are standard moisture evaporation stages and clear within 3 to 7 days.
Cleaning protocol. Tinted glass stays uncleaned for 7 days. After that window, cleaning is done strictly with an ammonia-free cleaner and clean microfiber towels.
Glass conditions and dot matrix
Shop environment. Clean installation methods are maintained throughout. Trace airborne dust specks may settle and do not constitute defective workmanship.
Pre-existing glass wear. Film magnifies pre-existing glass pitting, rock chips, scratches, and water etching.
Dot matrix ceramic frit. Raised ceramic dots along glass perimeters prevent flush bonding, producing a normal whitish matrix border.
Legal compliance and settlement
State tint laws. A request for film darker than statutory limits places all responsibility for citations, inspections, and tickets with the customer.
Settlement and lien. Payment in full is required prior to key release. Company retains possessory mechanic lien rights.
Old tint stripping. Reasonable care is taken during removal. Factory defroster grids weakened by aged adhesive cannot be warranted during tint removal.
