Aftercare & Warranty: Keep Your Vehicle Protected

XPEL Product Care

To keep your film looking great, follow a few simple guidelines:

Wait 48 hours after installation to wash your car.
Remove insect or other stains as soon as possible with XPEL Film Cleaner.
Stubborn stains can be removed with 99% isopropyl alcohol. Take care to keep these chemicals off the vehicle’s paint.
Seal with XPEL Ceramic Boost at least once every 6 months to preserve high gloss.
Light scratches in the film will self-heal in 20-30 minutes at room temperature. In colder conditions, or to accelerate the process, pour warm water (120°F) over the affected area.
Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure water source near the edges of the film, it can cause the film to lift and/or become damaged.
Detailing Clay can be used to remove contaminants that are on the film.

XPEL PRIME Automotive Window Films were designed to keep their flawless appearance and clarity for many years. Follow these tips to properly care for your windows and keep them looking their best:

Keep in mind that your window tint may have a hazy appearance or moisture bubbles for up to ten days after installation. These conditions will disappear once the moisture used to apply your tint dries up completely.
Wait approximately 1-5 days after installation before rolling down or cleaning your windows based on the climate in which it was installed.
Use a microfiber towel slightly dampened with water to clean your windows. If necessary, mild, non-ammonia glass cleaners may also be used.
Avoid the use of abrasive materials such as scouring pads, to clean your tinted windows.

Aftercare

Using XPEL aftercare products when detailing your various surfaces will significantly extend the life of FUSION PLUS. Our products have been designed to complement our coatings and will help keep your surface looking newer, longer.

Cleaning

For exterior cleaning, we recommend using XPEL Rinse Free Car Wash on a weekly basis, to avoid excessive contamination buildup. Avoid washing in direct sunlight to minimize streaking and water spotting.
Wash from the roof downwards, leaving the dirtiest sections last, avoiding possible cross-contamination. You can follow up with XPEL Detail Spray and XPEL Ceramic Boost for added gloss.
For interior cleaning, we recommend using XPEL Interior Cleaner (as needed) on your leather, plastics, and non-fabric surfaces. For fabric areas, we recommend vacuuming and using a clean, dry microfiber. We recommend testing in an inconspicuous area before applying XPEL Interior Cleaner – please read directions before applying.

Drying

Always dry the exterior surfaces completely using a clean, soft, lint free microfiber towel or air blower. Never allow water to evaporate on its own. Tap water can contain minerals which leave deposits on your coating, creating unwanted water spots.
For best results use XPEL Microfiber Towels, which have been designed to absorb water. Always avoid aggressive wiping.

Detailing

For exterior surfaces, follow washing and drying steps above. Follow up with XPEL Detail Spray for any left- over fingerprints or smudges on your paint protection film or surface. You can apply the XPEL Ceramic Boost (as needed) for added shine and slickness.
Avoid applying XPEL Detail Spray or XPEL Ceramic Boost in direct sunlight, to minimize streaking and water spotting.

Spot Removal of Surface Contamination

Never use aggressive products to polish the coating or to removing surface contamination.
Visit your authorized XPEL FUSION PLUS installer for any questions you have on your coated surfaces.

Vehicle Inspection Schedule

To uphold the FUSION PLUS warranty, you must visit your FUSION PLUS certified installer (who applied your original coating), annually, during the duration of warranty. If you have had a change of address, please email warranty@xpel.com with any questions.

Warranty Coverage

To ensure your XPEL Windshield Film continues to provide optimal protection and clarity, follow these care and maintenance guidelines.

Initial Care

Post-Installation: After installation, avoid washing your vehicle for at least 48 hours to allow the film to adhere and cure. XPEL also recommends purchasing and installing a new set of premium windshield wiper blades.

Washing Guidelines

Hand Washing: We recommend hand washing your vehicle using XPEL Wash Solution or Foam Soap and a soft microfiber mitt. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Pressure Washing: Keep the nozzle at least 36 inches (1 meter) away from the film when using a pressure washer. Avoid spraying directly at the edges of the film to prevent lifting. We recommend using a 40-degree nozzle.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use strong chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaning tools on the film, as these can damage the protective coating.
Drying: Always dry the vehicle with a clean, soft microfiber towel to avoid water spots. Avoid letting the vehicle air-dry in direct sunlight.

Stain and Contaminant Removal

Bird Droppings & Bug Splatter: Remove contaminants like bird droppings and bug splatter as soon as possible to prevent staining. Use warm water and a pH-neutral soap. In an emergency on-the-go, you can apply XPEL SiO2 Waterless Wash to the affected area and wipe off with a microfiber towel.
Tree Sap & Tar: For stubborn contaminants like tree sap and tar, use a 50/50 water and isopropyl alcohol mixture in a spray bottle. Spray directly onto a microfiber towel and wipe the affected area.

Film Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Clean the film regularly with XPEL Wash Solution or Foam Soap included in the XPEL TPU Windshield Film Maintenance Kit to maintain clarity and appearance.
Avoid Waxing: Do not apply waxes or polishes that contain dyes, abrasive compounds, or solvents directly onto the film.

Winter Care

Snow and Ice Removal: Avoid using sharp tools or metal scrapers to prevent film damage.

Important Notes

Wiper Blades: We recommend replacing your windshield wiper blades regularly to prevent scratches or damage to the film.

Limited Product Warranty

ULTIMATE FUSION PPF

XPEL, Inc. (the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of ten (10) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, the Company will cover defects on ULTIMATE FUSION (the “Product(s)”) such as: yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

In addition to the terms above, the Company expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of four (4) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation. The Company will cover additional defects on the ULTIMATE FUSION (the “Product(s)”) such as: oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, fading. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

The Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If the Company elects to replace the Product, the Company will have an authorized installer of its choice remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by the Company in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. The Company will cover parts and labor. The replacement of the defective film is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.

You may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty by providing Company with proof of warranty card, copy of original receipt for the Product identifying coverage areas, along with a detailed description of the purported defect. For service under this Limited Warranty, you must notify the authorized Company installer who performed the installation of the Product, in writing, providing claimant’s name, phone number, address, and the installation address (if different), a description of the product involved and the nature of the defect.

This Limited Warranty is transferable only when the new owner submits to the Company proof of the original date of installation. Transfer of the Limited Warranty only entitles the new owner coverage for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

The Company’s Products must be stored, handled, installed, used, and maintained in accordance with instructions provided by the Company, and this Limited Warranty is conditioned upon compliance with all such instructions. 2. improper storage, installation, handling and/or use of the Product;
3. damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;
4. unreasonable or unintended use of Product;
Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface;
5. Stains, and scratches;
6. Damage to the wrapped surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Company;
7. Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface;
8. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the paint protection film may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;
9. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or paint manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
10. Use in non-automotive applications;
11. Use of non-XPEL branded ceramic coatings;
12. Damages caused by outside forces, including the physical impact of rocks or road debris.

Any information or suggestion by the Company with respect to the Products concerning applications, specifications or compliance with codes and standards is provided solely for your convenient reference and are made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. You must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to the Products for your specific application.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY CANNOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRODUCTS SOLD BY COMPANY ARE SOLD ONLY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH BY COMPANY IN WRITING. Annual Inspections

To maintain the warranty on your product, an annual inspection is required throughout the warranty period, as stated in the product specifications. This inspection should be performed by an XPEL certified Fusion Installer every year and must be completed within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of installation or the date of any previous inspection or service. Failure to complete the inspection, within the required time will void the Limited Warranty. Any fees or charges by the XPEL Certified Installer will be charged to the owner to do the annual inspection including, but not limited to, exterior wash, decontamination, and inspection. Please keep proof of all inspections, as they must be provided if you have a Limited Warranty related issue.

On non-vertical surfaces for a period of two (2) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation The Company will cover defects on the ARMOR (the “Product(s)”) such as: cracking, peeling, blistering, and delaminating. Surfaces are defined in this Limited Warranty below. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

MARINE Window Film

XPEL, Inc. (the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of 10 years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, the XPEL MARINE Window Film (the “Product(s)”) will cover defects such as: adhesive failure, bubbling, peeling, cracking/crazing and delamination. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company on a marine vessel.

The Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If the Company elects to replace the Product, the Company will have an authorized installer of its choice remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by the Company in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. The Company will cover parts and Labor not exceeding the amount of the original invoice. The replacement of the defective film is the exclusive remedy for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement and shall further be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. Any repaired or replaced Product shall also remain subject to the original Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. If the same Product is not available, the Company may replace it with a similar product at its sole discretion. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.

You may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty by providing Company with proof of warranty card, a copy of the original receipt for the Product identifying coverage areas, along with a detailed description of the purported defect. For service under this Limited Warranty, you must notify the authorized Company installer who performed the installation of the Product, in writing, providing the claimant’s name, phone number, address, and the installation address (if different), a description of the product involved and the nature of the defect.

Any information or suggestion by the Company with respect to the Products concerning applications, specifications, or compliance with codes and standards is provided solely for your convenient reference and is made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. You must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to the Products for your specific application.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. The Company’s approved chemical list is as follows: XPEL Ceramic Boost, XPEL Detail Spray, XPEL Iron Remover, XPEL Water Spot Remover, XPEL PPF Sealant, XPEL Rinse Free Car Wash, XPEL PPF Cleaner, XPEL FUSION PLUS Paint & PPF Ceramic Coating. If your chemical is not listed, it has not been recommended for use prior to, during or after installation on the Company’s Products.

(the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of eight (8) years from the date of initial installation (the “Warranty Period”), the Company will cover the vehicle’s paint finish and XPEL paint protection films finish on the FUSION PLUS PREMIUM v2 (the “Product(s)”) against: oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage and color fading. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

The Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge, or refund the cost of the Product, if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If the Company elects to replace the Product, the Company will have an authorized installer of its choice remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by the Company in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. The Company will cover parts and the authorized installer will be responsible for providing installation labor. The refund of the cost of the Product or replacement of the defective coating are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. The maximum replacement cost to be paid by the Company shall be the lesser of the cost of the coating application or $1000. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.

Annual Inspections

To maintain the warranty on your product, an annual inspection is required throughout the warranty period, as stated in the product specifications. This inspection should be performed by an XPEL certified Fusion Installer every year and must be completed within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of installation or the date of any previous inspection or service. Failure to complete the inspection, within the required time will void the Limited Warranty. Any fees or charges by the XPEL Certified Installer will be charged to the owner to do the annual inspection including, but not limited to, exterior wash, decontamination, inspection, and a single layer application of XPEL FUSION PLUS LITE Ceramic Coating. Please keep proof of all inspections, as they must be provided if you have a Limited Warranty related issue.

8. Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface;
9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the paint and/or PPF may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;
10. Damaged caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, stones, collision, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or vehicle manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
11. Areas that have not been re-coated after a paint or body repair;
12. Use in non-automotive applications.

(the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial installation (the “Warranty Period”), the Company will cover the vehicles wheel and calipers and XPEL paint protection films finish on the FUSION PLUS WHEEL & CALIPER (the “Product(s)”) against: loss of gloss and environmental contaminant staining. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

The Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge, or refund the cost of the Product, if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If the Company elects to replace the Product, the Company will have an authorized installer of its choice remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by the Company in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. The Company will cover parts and the authorized installer will be responsible for providing installation labor. The refund of the cost of the Product or replacement of the defective coating are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. The maximum replacement cost to be paid by the Company shall be the lesser of the cost of the coating application or $500. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.

10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, stones, collision, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, brake dust, or wheel and/or caliper manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
11. Areas that have not been re-coated after a paint or body repair;

3. damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;
4. unreasonable or unintended use of Product;
5. If the operator has deemed to have been negligent or failed to maintain the plastic trim in the correct manner;
6. Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches;
7. Damage to the coated surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Company;
8. Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the surface;
9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the plastics and/or trim or ceramic coating may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;
10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or plastic and/or trim manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
11. Areas that have not been re-coated after a paint or body repair;
12. Use in non-automotive applications.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY CAN NOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FUSION PLUS UPHOLSTERY v2

XPEL, Inc. (the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of initial installation (the “Warranty Period”), the Company will cover the vehicles interior surfaces on the FUSION PLUS UPHOLSTERY v2 (the “Product(s)”) such as: carpet, fabric, leather and/or vinyl against fading and non-removable staining. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

The Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product without charge, or refund the cost of the Product, if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. If the Company elects to replace the Product, the Company will have an authorized installer of its choice remove and reapply the Product to areas determined by the Company in its sole discretion to be covered by this Limited Warranty. The Company will cover parts and the authorized installer will be responsible for providing installation labor. The refund of the cost of the Product or replacement of the defective coating are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the Products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. The maximum replacement cost to be paid by the Company shall be the lesser of the cost of the coating application or $250. Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the Warranty Period, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period. These are the exclusive remedies for all Products covered under this Limited Warranty.

8. Damage to interior surfaces prior to application;
9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the interior surface and/or ceramic coating may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;
10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, physical damage, paint overspray, or carpet, fabric, leather and/or vinyl manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
11. Alcantara and suede fabrics.
12. Areas that have not been re-coated after a paint or body repair;
13. Use in non-automotive applications.

This inspection should be performed by an XPEL certified Fusion Installer every year and must be completed within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of installation or the date of any previous inspection or service. Failure to complete the inspection, within the required time will void the Limited Warranty. Any fees or charges by the XPEL Certified Installer will be charged to the owner to do the annual inspection including, but not limited to, interior detail, vacuum, and inspection. Please keep proof of all inspections, as they must be provided if you have a Limited Warranty related issue.

(the “Company”) expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial installation (the “Warranty Period”), the Company will cover the recreational watercrafts factory paintwork and XPEL paint protection films finish on the FUSION PLUS MARINE (the “Product(s)”) against: environmental contaminants, loss of gloss, and UV damage. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the Company.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by:

1. non-compliance with the Company’s guide or instructions. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, including, but not limited to chemical abuse (e.g. harsh cleansers and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (e.g. excessive heat or cold) or misuse;
2. improper storage, installation, handling and/or use of the Product;
3. damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;

5. Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including, but not limited to failing clear coat, swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the watercraft surface;
6. Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches;
7. Damage to the coated surface due to improper wash techniques, automatic car washes or incorrect wash tools that may cause abrasion or by third parties not authorized by the Company;
8. Swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the watercraft surface;
9. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the watercraft surface and/or ceramic coating may leave a stain, water spots are not covered;
10. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or marine manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan; and
11. Areas that have not been re-coated after repair or replacement.
12. Commercial and/or rear of fishing boats are not covered.
13. Waterline and areas below the waterline are not covered.
14. Walking areas and fish handling areas are not covered.
15. Use in non-marine applications.

Windshield Protection Film

Warranty Coverage

XPEL, Inc. (“Company”) warrants to the owner that for one (1) year or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation (“Warranty Period”), XPEL Windshield Protection Film (“Product”) will remain free from yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. This warranty applies only to professionally installed Products following Company guidelines.

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises within the Warranty Period, Company will, at its option, remove or replace the Product at no charge or refund its cost, subject to exclusions. Replacement will involve an authorized installer chosen by Company to reapply the Product to the covered areas. Company covers the cost of parts, while the installer provides labor. Repaired or replaced Products are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only. The maximum replacement cost covered shall be the lesser of the original installation cost or $1,000.

Claim Process

To obtain warranty service, provide proof of the warranty card, a copy of the original purchase receipt, and a description of the defect. Contact the installer who performed the installation, providing the claimant’s contact information, installation address, and a description of the defect.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable upon submission of the original installation date proof by the new owner. The transfer grants warranty coverage for the remaining Warranty Period only.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Windshield damage such as chips, cracks, or breakage
Use of ice scrapers or abrasive materials
Damage from power/pressure washers or improper cleaning techniques
Normal wear such as stains and scratches, including those from wipers
Damage from environmental factors or collisions (hail, rocks, road debris, fire, etc.)
Use in non-automotive or commercial applications
Use of non-XPEL branded coatings or products
Products installed with visible defects at installation
Damage from improper storage, handling, installation, or non-compliance with Company guidelines

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by the Company. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Buyer’s exclusive remedy is repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, and Company assumes no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

Company’s maximum liability is the purchase price of the Product. Company is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or inconvenience, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
