Black Friday 2025 Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Stealth Window Tint! To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your Black Friday promotion.
1. Promotion & Booking
- Offer Period: All Black Friday promotional prices are valid for bookings made between November 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025. The service appointment itself may be scheduled for a later date (e.g., in December), but the deposit must be paid within the promotion period to lock in the special pricing.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and Black Friday pricing. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- Offer Stacking: This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or special offers.
- Pricing: All advertised prices (e.g., “Truck,” “Sedan”) are starting points. Prices are subject to final confirmation upon in-person inspection. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, mud, or modifications (e.g., lift kits, oversized wheels, body kits) may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your $100 deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
- Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice for a reschedule or a “no-show” will result in the forfeiture of your $100 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
3. Vehicle Preparation (Customer Responsibility)
- Remove Personal Items: Please remove ALL personal belongings from your vehicle’s interior, including the trunk, door pockets, and center console, before your appointment. Stealth Window Tint is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged.
- Car Seats: For liability reasons, we cannot remove or reinstall child car seats. Please remove them prior to your appointment if you wish for the area underneath to be cleaned.
- Pre-existing Damage: Please inform our staff of any known pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or loose parts on your vehicle (e.g., failing clear coat, rock chips, check engine lights, non-functional windows). We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions.
4. Service-Specific Terms
A) Lite Detail & Ceramic Coating
- Paint Correction: The “Lite Detail” included in your bundle is a preparation step (wash, clay, iron decon, and a single-stage polish). This process is designed to enhance gloss and prepare the paint for coating. It is NOT a full paint correction and may not remove 100% of all swirls, scratches, or defects.
- Curing Period: Your new XPEL Ceramic Coating requires 7 days to fully cure.
– DO NOT wash the vehicle during this 7-day period.
– Avoid parking under trees (bird droppings) or near sprinklers (hard water spots).
– If you get bird droppings or tree sap on the car, remove it gently with a soft microfiber towel and a quick detail spray. Do not scrub. - Warranty: Your XPEL Ceramic Coating warranty (1, 4, or 8 years) covers the coating’s hydrophobic properties and protection against environmental contaminants. It does NOT cover damage from improper washing (automatic car washes), rock chips, scratches, or neglect.
B) Window Tint
- Drying Time (Cure Time): Your new XPEL window tint requires 3 to 5 days to fully cure. DO NOT roll down your windows during this period.
- You may see small water pockets or a hazy appearance. This is a normal part of the drying process and will clear up on its own.
- Minor Imperfections: Window tinting is a hand-applied process. While we strive for perfection, there may be minor, unavoidable imperfections such as small dust particles. These are not considered a warranty defect.
- Warranty: Your XPEL tint is covered by a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. This covers bubbling, peeling, fading, or color change. It does NOT cover any damage caused by the customer or external objects (e.g., scratches from seatbelts, pets, or rings).
5. Final Payment & Vehicle Pick-up
- Final payment is due in full upon completion of the service, before the vehicle is released.
- Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly upon pick-up. Any service-related questions or concerns must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of picking up your vehicle.
